Appointment Request

Please fill this form out to request an appointment with one of our sales associates. This is not a guaranteed appointment until you receive a follow up call or email to confirm. You may also call us at 856-667-0244. We only ask for appointments for new weddings or group fittings. If you are just one person who needs to be fitted, please just stop in during normal business hours, you do not need an appointment.
